Cecelia is currently prepping for an IVF cycle and she's had problems responding to medication in the past.
You'll learn about a protocol that I share with Cecelia that has been known to boost follicle count and egg quality during an IVF cycle.
Holiday season means being around people at parties and get-togethers...
Lots of you have been asking if being sick will affect your chances of getting pregnant, and if taking medication will ruin your chances especially during the two week wait.
Male fertility is on a huge decline. Male-factor related fertility challenges now make up 40-50% of all causes of infertility.
This is a topic that cannot be ignore even though it can be super difficult to discuss.
In this episode, I'm going to share the 6 ways to dramatically boost male fertility that will benefit everyone. It's a false sense of security to think that just because of one good sperm analysis that it will stay that way.

In 1987, you needed 50% normal shaped sperm per sample to be considered normal.
In 2019, you only need 3-4% normal shaped sperm per sample in order to be considered normal.

I know that there's a lot of confusion surrounding this topic.
For example, if I say something like "loose stools or spotting midcycle is a sign of spleen qi deficiency," a lot of you will assume that is your pattern, but that’s not the case at all.
So I want to clear up the confusion today.

You started out on this journey thinking it would be easy... and now the expenses are piling up and even a Starbucks latte seems expensive these days. Forget IVF...who has the money for that?
The good news is, I’ve brought an expert on the show today to help you find the money that you need to finance your fertility journey. And these are crazy way to find money that you have never thought of.
The expert today is our resident finance expert Devon Baeza. You may have seen her around inside our FB group. She has been through it all. The emotional rollercoaster from dealing with endometriosis, to being told the embryo is not good enough only for it to become a beautiful little girl, to being in debt and paying off IVF and additional 50,000.
She knows her stuff about money. What’s really interesting though is that Devon always says to me that when we’re stressed about money, it’s never about the money. So you’re going to hear us first talk about:
And of course she’s going to share the 5 crazy ways to find and make money so you can use it to finance your treatments, buy more supplements, organic foods, and maybe coaching that you need.
I'm bringing you a recording of a Facebook Live that I did yesterday.
So often I think of something, but out of fear of judgment I don't share them. One of my goals this year is to be more present on Facebook, more off the cuff, and sharing what is on my mind more frequently.
Next week I will be back with regular episodes.
Today, I’m bringing you an interview with Chief Content editor at Ava, as in THE Ava bracelet, Lindsay Meisel.
Lindsay has personally experienced the struggles of not having a regular cycle, trying to conceive and all the ups and downs of the process. Her experience is what fueled her passion for advocating for women’s reproductive health.
In today’s episode, we talk about:
I also answered a Listener Question of the Week. If you would like to submit your question, please send an email to info@adriennewei.com. Or if you're part of the private Facebook group, you can ask in there.

I want you to meet my good friend Holly Hughes, intuitive healer and best selling author. Holly knows all about the struggles of trying to conceive...from being told she is old, to multiple miscarriages, to failed IUIs. She knows what it’s like to feel like a failure because you’re having trouble conceiving.
Today, Holly and I have a conversation about the most underutilized gift as women, and that is our intuition. We talk about why noises on the internet can cause us to lose trust in our body, and therefore lose the ability to do what we intuitively know what is best for our body, all because we want a baby so badly. We talk about fear, which she calls it "false evidence appearing real" and we talk about real actions that you can take to regain that trust in yourself, and use it to guide you through your journey...including the two letters you should write.
For more information about Holly Hughes, check out www.hollyhughesintuitive.com.
This is a soul-crushing diagnosis for most women. You automatically think I’m screwed, there is no hope. I have no more egg left."
The truth is this, you're not out of eggs. You're not hopeless, and you certain CAN get pregnant.
In today's episode, I talk about what it means to have high FSH, and/or low reserve and the three things you should be doing to maximize your chances every month.
Here is the thing, if you say these things to yourself...your mind will perceive it as being important...and if it’s important then it must be true...if it’s true then that is your reality...and your body will start to act according to this belief.
Today, I'm going to point out your blind spots.
if you missed my last free webinar, Your Complete Blueprint to Getting Pregnant Even If You’ve Tried Everything, I’m running another one next Wednesday night, so September the 11th at 7:30pm.
