I’m going to talk about one of the biggest PCOS diet mistake to avoid for those of you who have the classic type of PCOS. 

The classic types of PCOS are type 1 and 2 PCOS.  The symptoms are more pronounced.  This is where you see weight gain, not able to lose weight, facial hair, acne, no periods or long cycles, cysts on the ovaries.
