If you’ve been listening to my podcast for a while, you most likely have heard the period series where I talked about how to know if your cycle is fertile. And one of the ways to gauge whether or not your cycle is fertile is the pain level of your period.
In a nutshell, if your period is super painful that means the energy and the blood are both really stuck. And when that happens, the uterus is not an ideal environment for implantation.
Today, I’ve asked Jocey from the office to come on the show. You’ve all heard me singing her praises because she is amazing.
We’re going to talk about painful periods. You know that Time-of-the-Month that you dread, not just because it means a big fat negative, but for a lot of you it means excruciating pain, you end up having to take a lot of pain killers, and sometimes it affects your quality of life, you have to cancel events, and call out from work.
Jocey has suffered from painful periods her whole life, and she has cracked the code to pain-free periods. She is going to go over her exact monthly routine and what she does to prepare her body to make sure the blood is flowing smoothly.
What Jocey is going to share is not just for painful periods though. Remember how all the energetics in your body are all connected, so by working on one you’re working on others. When one improves, they all improve. What you’re about to learn is not only going to help reduce the pain level of the period, it’s going to make the entire cycle more fertile overall.
