So if you’re tired of being on the hamster wheels and feeling like you’re not making progress on your journey, let me help you get clarity on exactly what you need to do to get pregnant. If you’re interested, please send me an email and I’ll give you all the details. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
In today's episode, I want to pull back the curtain and be totally transparent with you and give you a backstage pass into my world and what I’m doing to manage my PCOS. I’m going to share with you the lesson I’ve learned along the way from the past 15 years. And also I’m going to talk about what my diet looks like, how much I exercise, and my self-care routine and stress management routine.
This episode is not specifically for those who have PCOS, it’s for everyone. I’m just going to be using myself as an example, a case study whatever you want to call it, and give you ideas on the 3 areas where most people struggle and where you might be too.
Thank you for listening!
