Can I just tell you that the supplement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry!  One of the things that bugs me is the misconception that more is better.

It’s common to see supplements especially multi vitamins that are overloaded with like 500% of something or 3500% of something.  And that, besides possibly throwing money away, more importantly it can be dangerous.

In 1987, you needed 50% normal shaped sperm per sample to be considered normal.  

In 2019, you only need 3-4% normal shaped sperm per sample in order to be considered normal.

I know that there's a lot of confusion surrounding this topic.

For example, if I say something like "loose stools or spotting midcycle is a sign of spleen qi deficiency," a lot of you will assume that is your pattern, but that’s not the case at all.
