I am so excited to finally talk about the thyroid.

I asked my good friend, Dr Amy Fletcher to come on the show and teach us everything we need to know about the thyroid and how it affects fertility.

Dr. Fletcher is a highly respected medical doctor in the charlotte community, and she specializes in all autoimmune disorder, particularly the thyroid.  She is Double board certified in both OB/GYN and Integrative Medicine.

She is also Certified to practice Functional Medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine, and trained with the guru Andrew Weil himself

We talked about everything...from the basics of how thyroid affects fertility to the three types of foods you should be eating, or not eating for your thyroid.  And what you need to know about supplementation for prevention of thyroid disorders.
