Male fertility is on a huge decline.  Male-factor related fertility challenges now make up 40-50% of all causes of infertility.

In 1987, you needed 50% normal shaped sperm per sample to be considered normal.  

In 2019, you only need 3-4% normal shaped sperm per sample in order to be considered normal.

I know that there's a lot of confusion surrounding this topic.

For example, if I say something like "loose stools or spotting midcycle is a sign of spleen qi deficiency," a lot of you will assume that is your pattern, but that’s not the case at all. 

So I want to clear up the confusion today.
