B.O is the ultimate social life killer.  But smelling great doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your health.  Deodorants are loaded with hormone disrupting chemicals, and it's frankly one of the hardest products to find without any toxic chemicals.  There is one solution though...that is to make your own. 

Today, my special guest, friend and fellow Fertility Acupuncturist Jocey Rodriguez shares with us her secret recipe to make your own deodorant.  Trust me, I'm not a DIY person, but her recipe is so simple, a five-year old can probably do it. 

What we put on our bodies are just as important as what we put in our bodies.  Diet and lifestyle changes sometimes are not enough.  Environmental toxins are alive and well around us.  Even if you don't make your own skincare, at least consider swapping out certain products.
